| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the relationship of sisters Maria Fiallos and Valéria Fiallos-Soliman from Nicaragua. The sisters own Las Chicas del Café (The Coffee Chicks), a coffee roasting business, in Nicaragua. Fiallos uses her Probat unit to roast coffee when they started the business in 2005. Fiallos says, they value their family so much and her love, respect and admiration for coffee goes back to afternoons when she plays with her father on coffee patios. |
