| Abstrakt: | The article profiles French palaeontologists Emma Bravard and Auguste Bravard who studied South American fossils and upheld geological theories contrary to those of naturalist Charles Darwin. Family and educational backgrounds of both the palaeontologists are discussed. Findings of Emma and Auguste in the field of paleontology are highlighted. |
