Several letters to the editor are presented in response to previously published articles including one about the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) as a two-tier system because it incorporates unit standards and achievement standards and another which also emphasized the accuracy of NCEA in predicting achievement at the University of Auckland. |
