| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the new fascination of performance artist John Bock. Bock is best known for his actions particularly during live performances where he incorporates crude puppetry, rickety contraptions and messy squirty cheese, shaving foam, toothpaste and the like. However, he has diverted his attention and concentrates more on filmmaking. His films which include "Dandy," "Skipholt," and "Gast," will be shown at the Schirn Kunsthale in Frankfurt, Germany in June 2007. |
