| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the issue of the vanishing ability of general practitioners to care for their patients due to the absence of a health care plan in Australia. Scenarios of a patient consulting a physician without a care plan are tackled. It is asserted that the care planning models of these scenarios are based on what have been shifted from nursing homes to general practice without any evidence that it is an appropriate model for general practice. |
