The article presents the opinion of several International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) members on the 2007 Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research held in Los Angeles, California. Megan McDonough comments on the definition of Yoga therapy based on the conference. Janice Gates, IAYT vice president, regrets not insisting more vocally that women be more prominently represented at the symposium. Nischala Joy Devi addresses the issue of gender balance in the conference. |
