| Abstrakt: | The article presents information on the case Charman v. Charman. In this case, the parties did not have assets of any value at the time of marriage and had two children during the marriage. The wife calculated that the husband generated wealth approximately £160 million but not all was in the husband's name, with £6 million in the wife's name. She sought an order for 45% of the pool of assets in the application for a settlement of property. |
