The article presents the opinion of several medical consultants on the Choose and Book (C&B) scheme of the British government. Bashir Rameh states that the C&B system is a waste of time for at least two out of three patients such as alcoholics, drug addicts and elderly patients with memory problems. Peter Klimiuk believes that consultants are being forced by the C&B system to design clinic templates that are not responsive to patients' clinical needs. |
