Abstrakt: The article discusses issues surrounding the decision by Justice Antonin Scalia of the U.S. Supreme Court on the Crawford v. Washington case. Scalia noted in the case that states must be granted flexibility in their development of hearsay law. He views the protections of the Confrontation Clause as inapplicable to non-testimonial out-of-court statements.
