Abstrakt: The article presents a study on adult-onset acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The case is presented with a condition of a right upper lobe infiltrate associated with acute fibronous and organizing pneumonia(AFOP). A 46-year old woman was admitted to the hospital with fever, cough and right pleuritic chest pain. Results of the transbronchial biopsy indicated fibronous acute lung injury corresponding to AFOP. AFOP is a lung injury pattern characterized by intra-alveolar fibrin.
