In the wake of the Argentinian currency crash at the turn of the 21st century, Argentina became affordable for foreign artists. Like Prague in the Czech Republic, Buenos Aires is home to both a rich cultural tradition of its own and many expatriate writers, filmmakers, painters and musicians. |
