The article focuses on the raise for anti-discrimination policies against private golf clubs in the U.S. Private golf clubs have set exclusive membership policies, which involves the disparate treatment of club members based on gender and sex-preference, as well as racial discrimination. Therefore, several lawsuits have emerged on the said issues and have prompted the U.S. government to focus on the case. In addition, bylaws and policies for the equal treatment of members are already reviewed. |
