Abstrakt: This article presents suggestions on improving running performance. The authors describe the experiences of professional athletes and the ways in which they attempt to improve their performance, only to succumb to injuries and burn out. The question they seek to answer is whether or not high-quality training and faster performance can be fit into a balanced, high-quality lifestyle.
