| Abstrakt: |
The article presents two of the modern precision guided munitions of the U.S. Field Artillery including the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) unitary and 155-mm Excalibur unitary. Both are scalable and are used for employment in urban land and in close support of troops. GMLRS unitary showed its precision in combat operations while the performance of the Excalibur unitary on developmental testing is expected to be of equal standard when it will be used in early 2007. |
