Abstrakt: The aim of this study was to examine the psychological-competitive ability of athletes with sports related injuries. Questionnaires(Diagnostic Inventory of Psychological-Competitive Ability: DIPCA2)were distributed to 113 patients who visited the Sports Injury Department of Hokkaido University Hospital. The results showed that the psychological ability of low-level athletes, beginners, and individual sports players was significantly decreased.
