Research Chefs Association Annual Conference and Tradeshow will be held from March 8-11, 2007 at Hilton Riverside in New Orleans in Los Angeles. Nick Morgenstern is appointed as the pastry chef at gilt of the New York Palace Hotel in New York City. |
