This article talks about how the author learned to spend Sundays with love. When she was still young, her mother rarely had time to prepare home-cooked dinners because she works on weekdays. One Sunday, she found her mother preparing spinach and cheese ravioli and she decided to help out. Her mother taught her that food must be prepared with love and that Sabbath is a day of rest from the tiring work week. When she became a working mother herself, she made sure to cook her family an old-fashioned dinner on Sundays. INSET: Mum's Cheese and Spinach Ravioli. |
