The article discusses the decision of the Family Court of Australia in Sydney, New South Wales in the case Noetel v Quealey. The court considered that it was apparent that the errors in the judgment that the husband sought to correct by use of the slip rule may have been avoided if the parties' respective entitlements had been assessed as percentage interests. |
