Abstrakt: | The article focuses on swimming instruction. The author describes the importance of structure in swimming classes. The author believes that swim instructors should be conscious of the individual needs of students, but should have structured goals for classes. The article also discusses how young swimmers need appropriate rest time during the lesson. Parents should be informed of the structure and goals of classes and all swim lessons should end with a fun activity to encourage the swimmers. |
