Abstrakt: The article discusses the causes of unsteadiness of pictures derived from film and presented in television. The film sprocket-hole positioning accuracy of the camera mechanism should be checked since the relative movement of the scales reproduced in the film negative affects the accuracy of the film. The minimum sources of unsteadiness that can cause unsteadiness include the original camera, the negative or reversal original film and the telecine.
