| Abstrakt: | The article reports on the election of Pierre Gadonneix as chairman of the World Energy Council (WEC) during the annual meeting of the Executive Assembly held on September 6, 2006 in Tallinn, Estonia. As chairman-elect, Gaddoneix will assist the current WEC chairman André Caillé for one year, until he formally assumes his role as the 2008-2010 WEC chairman at the 20th World Energy Congress in Rome in November 2007. |
