| Abstrakt: | This article explores the military model for leadership in the clinical laboratory. An analogy that best describes the framework of military leadership is provided. There are three words underlying the framework of the model. Leaders must have special values that others can see and recognize such as loyalty, duty, respect, honor and integrity. The key characteristics that a personnel look for in a leader are discussed. |
