Douglas Elliott, 2006 Recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, discusses some social changes that will occur because of the clarification of citizen's rights. Dan Hicks, 2006 Recipient of the James Paulsen Award, shares his reactions to receiving the award and his thoughts about the organization. |
