The article discusses a study which evaluates the relative stability of chronic condition identification in health plan billing data for children using Clinical Risk Groups over a series of time periods in the U.S. The study founds that most children with chronic conditions lack year-to-year stability in medical utilization when tracked in administrative data sets. |
