Abstrakt:	The article discusses the difference between redesigning the Field Artillery Captain's Career Course (FACCC) by the deliberate traditional method or the rapid design methodology. The leadership of the FACCC created and implemented an initiative to redesign the course rapidly. The 20-week course was redesigned in less than four weeks.
