The article highlights the assistance of students from the Kansas State University in the clean-up activity in New Orleans, Louisiana following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Suzanne Mayo-Theus, a graduate teaching assistant at the institution, and university students Angela Nichols and Peter Wetzel have partnered with the K-State Community Service Program and K-State Leadership Studies and Programs for the initiative. |
