The article discusses the Baldrige performance excellence efforts made by Richland College in Dallas, Texas in order to enhance and realize its vision and mission of providing quality education to students. A profile of the organization together with the services and key market segments are presented. It also provides an outline of the strategic challenges critical to the college's future as well the leadership system it serves to both its community and students. |
