Abstrakt: |
The article provides physical fitness tips for high-altitude bow hunter. High-altitude bow hunting involves not only physical, but physiological challenges. Physical preparation results in the proper conditioning of the lungs and heart, which gives the hunter the additional strength and stamina necessary to tolerate the enormous stress high-altitude bow hunting places on the human body. Physiological preparation takes place in the form of acclimating. Some of the tips discussed in this article include aerobic training and acclimatization. |
