| Abstrakt: | The article evaluates the role and performance of tissue-cultured plants at FitzGerald nurseries in Ireland. The facility has been using tissue-cultured plants in order to produce greater number of plants, supply the facility with superior mother stock material, to produce clean mother stock that will enhance conventional propagation and to bulk up new and novel plant taxa. This method have enhances the activity of the facility which have been operating for four years. |
