| Abstrakt: |
The article describes the direct application of principles of operant behavior in a work–training environment of severely retarded workers. The first step in programming the task environment requires the specification of the functionally integrated units of behavior making up response sequences. The procedures are effective and efficient in terms of retention of original training. |
