The article discusses outsourcing issues and challenges facing CEO and chief information officers, including the omplications of outsourcing for the exporting of white collar jobs and plans of major global multinational corporations to have an offshore presence. Business Process outsourcing includes business as well as non-business functions like accounting, call centers, film cartoons and animation. Outsourcing is a reality that is fast becoming the permanent feature of the global economic context. |
