Abstrakt:	Information about the first council meeting of American Association on Mental Deficiency is presented. The president of the organization, George L. Wadsworth presented his report which was circulated to all council members, the report was accepted and seconded. A financial report was also discussed, approved and was accepted by the council. The council meeting was attended by several members of the group including Harvey A. Stevens, John T. Cassel and Harvey T. Dingman.
