Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the effects of distraction on oddity learning in normal and mentally defective humans. Accordingly, observation of human and infrahuman behavior has supposed that central nervous system insult produces a hyperactive and distractible organism. Results and discussion in light of the investigation of this study have been offered.
