| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the development of a Job Instructor Training Program for institutional service workers at the Edward R. Johnstone Training and Research Center in Bordentown, New Jersey. A Job Instructor Training Manual was developed as a guide and aid for the development of the program. The Vocational Division of the New Jersey State Department of Education was contacted for any assistance it can extend. Meetings were also held with the supervisors to discuss several problems. |
