Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the style and expertise in the culinary arts of English chef Paul Liebrandt in the U.S. Liebrandt is 29 years old and is well versed in the manner of preparing foods. His early training was at the L'Escargot Restuarant in London and had worked under the cook experts Raymond Blanc and Marco Pierre White. He is now serving at New York Palace Hotel located in Le Cirque 2000 where he dished out what he called modern European cuisine. |
