| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the fundamental interaction of (+)-catechin, a type of polyphenol, with a lipid bilayer which was studied by the spin probe method. In this study, the outcome of adsorbed (+)-catechin is greater near the surface than within the membrane. This shows that the effect was conveyed even deep within the membrane. The study has showed that (+)-catechin interacted with the lipid membrane and feigned the structure of the membrane. |
