The article reports on the use of gas metal buried arc (GMBA) process in the automotive, railroad and marine industries for welding subassemblies. In the general process, the fatigue performance of GMBA welded seam welds in lap joints was better than the fillet welds in lap joints welded with the gas metal arc welding process. |
