| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the plans of Field Artillery in the U.S. Army as it shares in the transformation toward a future combat system (FCS)-based force. It is expected to begin sharing in the synergy of its combined capabilities as the Army's new NetFires Center of Excellence. During the next 10 years, it will focus on effects coordination, precision fires, and adaptable soldiers and leaders. |
