Abstrakt: The article presents two cases of tracheobronchial tree foreign-body aspiration that were managed with flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy. A 62-year-old man presented with a history of cough and chest pain over one day, while another 55-year-old man complained worsening right-sided pleuritic chest pain and shortness of breath. The author points that chest radiography and CT scanning can be helpful in some cases, but bronchoscopy is necessary for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
