| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the recognition of the Computer Assistive Technology Services (CATS) in providing recommendations for the use of electronic communication devices for people with severe communication impairments in Australia. It was found out that CATS pool allowed clients to trial the equipment in their regular environment before purchasing. In addition, CATS has indicated that speech was the main mode of communication of people diagnosed with severe communication impairment. |
