The article presents the report of the American Association on Mental Deficiency's Committee on Program for the Twentieth Annual Convention of the International Council for Exceptional Children held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on February 19-21, 1942. The Committee distributed a circular letter to each member to submit outstanding papers rather than communicate with each member. This had a very ready response and was agreed by the members of the Committee and chief officers of the association as being sound and worth of a trial. Between forty and fifty papers were sufficient for a four or five day meeting. |
