Abstrakt:	The article discusses the importance of knowledge management in the implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies. One successful way towards knowledge management and reducing implementation problems in AAC is training. The presence of AAC-disseminators' training will assist more strategies to people with severe communication disabilities to participate more fully in their social roles including interpersonal interaction, learning, and community activities.
