Abstrakt: The article examines the effects of various factors on discrimination learning and transfer of learning in mentally retarded people. The results indicated that most of the mentally decelerated individuals have improved in learning efficiency and increased their physical stimulus distinctiveness, even with brief practices. Forced naming of problem related cues also appeared to facilitate immediate learning.
