Abstrakt:	The article discusses how a mongoloid person give birth to a normal child. A case study was conducted to E.W. who has a typical case of mongolism however was able to deliver a normal female infant. Records showed that the patient's own father had incestuous relationship with her. Her child A was given psychological and mental examinations. All revealed that the child has grown normally. Perhaps, the situation may signal the revision of our thinking on the etiology of the Mongolian child.
