Abstrakt:	The article reports on the decision of youth leader and former Urban Alliance on Race Relations member Kevin Modeste to run as New Democratic Party candidate in Ajax and Pickering, Ontario in 2005. The number of votes garnered by Modeste during the federal elections in 2004 is revealed. The article also presents the statement issued by Modeste on his decision to run again. An educational background of Modeste is presented.
