| Abstrakt: |
The article presents the Wayne County Training School's academic education program for the intellectually limited children. The characteristics of these children are as follows: chronological ages ranging between 11-6 and 14-6 and intelligence quotients ranging between 40 and 66 points. This program is developed as a substitute for the usual academic classes. It covers the following topics: measurements; our flag; our country; color; calendar; communication; safety; government; money and time. |
