Abstrakt: The article presents a reprint of the article "Mozartians, Beethovians, and the Teaching of Writing," by Diane Christian Boehm, which appeared in the Volume 15, Number 2 issue of "The Quarterly." According to a research, the writing process is found to be individualistic and recursive. The goal of teachers is to help the students develop successful rituals in their writing process as well as reduce their anxiety about writing. The three types of writers based on how they write are discoverers, planners and the combination of both.
