GS, regarding the return of a child to the country of the child's residence prior to the child's removal or retention in Sydney, New South Wales which was decided on October 22, 2004. Facts of the case are discussed. An appeal was made by A against the orders of the judge. Relevant regulations and provisions for the purposes of the appeal are outlined. |
