| Abstrakt: | The article reports on the acquisition of the Atlanta, Georgia-based paper company, Georgia-Pacific Corp. (G-P) by the Wichita, Kansas-based Koch Industries. The acquisition includes the assets and debt of G-P as approved by the boards of directors of both G-P and Koch including the non-integrated market and fluff pulp operations of G-P at New Augusta, Mississippi and Brunswick. |
