The article presents the minutes of the 59th annual business meeting of the American Hemerocallis Society held on July 1, 2005 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Maurice Greene, president of the society, presented a status report on membership to the association. The balance sheet of the society as of December 31, 2004 was referred to by chief financial officer Jack Joiner. Greene also introduced the incoming president-elect. |
